10-Year Shell Structure

880™ and 780™ Series are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for ten years from the original date of purchase.

5-Year Shell Surface

680™ Series spas are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for five years from the original date of purchase.

7-Year Shell Surface

880™ and 780™ Series are warranted against blistering, cracking, or delaminating of the interior surface of the spa shell due to defects in workmanship or materials for seven years from the original date of purchase.

3-Year Shell Surface

680™ Series spas are warranted against blisters, cracks, or delamination of the interior surface of the spa shell due to defects in workmanship or materials for three years from the original date of purchase.

5-Year Cabinet

880™ and 780™ Series warrant the SunStrong™ or SunSide™ synthetic cabinets against defects in workmanship or materials for five years from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time and are not defects.

1-Year Cabinet

680™ Series warrant the SunStrong™ synthetic cabinets against defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time and are not defects.

5-Year Jets

880™ Series warrant the jets and jet fittings against defects in workmanship or materials for five years from the original date of purchase.

5-Year Plumbing

880™ and 780™ Series warrant factory-installed plumbing against water loss due to defects in workmanship or materials for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.

3-Year Plumbing

680™ Series plumbing components are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials for three years from the original date of purchase.

5-Year Equipment & Control Warranty

880™ and 780™ Series warrant the spa’s electrical equipment components, specifically the pumps, heater, air blower, and control system against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for five years from the original date of purchase.

3-Year Equipment & Controls

680™ Series electrical equipment components (specifically the pumps, heater, and control system) are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for three years from the original date of purchase
